Make an impact

As a Pre-Employment Documentation Specialist your primary focus will be to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires joining Bridge Property Management and ensure all tasks are successfully completed within our HRIS system (Workday) prior to the employees first day of work. Led by a Vice President of Talent you will collaborate with the Bridge Property Management hiring teams, Talent Team members, and HR business partners to provide an excellent and timely experience for our newly hired employees.

  • Orders and verifies all new hire paperwork through Workday
  • Partners with BPM hiring team and human resources to mitigate risk/manage escalations during the hiring process
  • Liaise with hiring manager, IT, training team, and other members of the hiring process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Supports hiring managers and new hires through the new hire task completion process
  • Ensures all required documentation is completed and properly stored prior to new hire start date
  • Shares first day welcome messaging with manager and new hire
  • Participates in the orientation program as needed
  • Ensures all employees joining during a property acquisition experience a smooth and timely process


What You Should Bring

  • Proven ability to handle prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Experience in a high-volume onboarding function position is preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday) is beneficial.
  • Problem solving and process management skill will be necessary.
  • Spanish speaking is a benefit.
