As an Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of
Brand/Lifestyle accounts, overseeing creative campaigns, and driving results through strategic
planning and execution.
The Role:
Lead a team of account executives and coordinators, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
Execute external communications strategies including media relations and pitching to top-tier press outlets
Develop and implement creative concepts and ideas that enhance brand visibility and engage audiences across various platforms, including traditional and digital media.
Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and strategic partner, proactively identifying opportunities to grow and enhance their brands.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative PR practices, providing insights and recommendations to clients and the agency.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare comprehensive reports to measure the effectiveness and impact of PR efforts.
The Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of experience in a PR agency environment, with a focus on creative campaign management.
Stellar media relations skills with contacts at top-tier press outlets
Experience working with large consumer and lifestyle brands
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present ideas effectively.
In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital media landscapes, including social media platforms and emerging PR trends.
Strong client relationship management skills, with a proven track record of building and nurturing long-term partnerships.
