Pool Server (Full-Time) - Arizona Biltmore

As a Pool Server, you would be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction. The duties include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
  

This is a full-time position, and you must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

The pools are open Monday-Sunday and shifts are between the hours of 9am-10pm with evening hours varying depending on events.

• At least two (2) years of prior experience as a Server
• Proactive
• Ability to work alone and in a team environment
• Keen eye for detail
• Prior experience in a hotel or resort is a plus
• Food Handlers Card is preferred
• TIPS Certification is preferred
