We are looking for a Plant Manager to join our growing team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Strong experience with technical injection molding process, quality, tooling, and materials management systems.
Ability to oversee the day-to-day operations to exceed customers' expectations.
Assign resources effectively and use assets to create results.
Implement systems and processes to track productivity, standards, metrics, and performance targets.
Review the OEE and labor logistics for top machine/ labor efficiency.
Create cross-department relationships to ensure overall plant safety and organization.
Ensure that training is maintained and yearly training is done continuously.
If Employee employee disputes occur, ensure company policies and procedures are met.
Remain in compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSE guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience as a Manufacturing or Plant manager in a food facility.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, best practices, industry-standard equipment, and technical expertise.
Must have previous experience in Injection Molding or Extrusion.
Strong management skills and willingness to "roll up their sleeves to finish the job.
Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions.
