Plant Manager
Role Summary:
Responsible for overall leadership and management of a manufacturing plant. Accountable for meeting plant volume, distribution, quality, and operating objectives. Provide direction to plant leadership team to meet business goals while upholding company culture.

Responsible for overall leadership and management of a manufacturing plant. Accountable for meeting plant volume, distribution, quality, and operating objectives. Provide direction to plant leadership team to meet business goals while upholding company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards (FDA, ISO, etc.), and proper procedures
- Manage business planning, project implementation, resource allocation, and performance targets
- Evaluate and direct installation of new production lines, packaging processes, delivery fleet, etc
- Optimize manufacturing and supply chain costs; manage resources within budget
- Analyze KPIs, financial data, process maps for continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain quality management systems per standards like ISO 9001
- Lead CAPEX projects - write charters, secure resources, implement plans
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and drive operational excellence
- Partner with HR on personnel issues, regulatory compliance, staffing services
- Servant leadership mindset focused on employee growth and relationships
- Expertise in production management, quality assurance, and change management
- Knowledge of supply chain strategy, capabilities, and interdependencies
- Proven experience with lean tools, methodologies and driving operational efficiencies
- Understanding of manufacturing financials, P&L management, cost analysis
- Knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management, food safety regulations
- Skilled in cross-functional leadership, priority management, execution
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or related field
- Master's degree a plus
- 10+ years manufacturing experience, 5+ years in leadership role
- Regulated manufacturing (FDA, ISO) experience preferred
- Specific experience in food/beverage manufacturing operations desired
