As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will be the front line in the field calling on healthcare providers. You will be responsible for promoting product(s), managing a territory, meeting goals, and establishing business relationships based on your clinical and market dynamic expertise.

As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will be the front line in the field calling on healthcare providers. You will be responsible for promoting product(s), managing a territory, meeting goals, and establishing business relationships based on your clinical and market dynamic expertise.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and execute an organized call plan that achieves territory sales objectives, account call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers to maximize pull through access and sales opportunities.
- Launch new products and programs.
- Utilize product knowledge and sales skills to identify and meet customer needs and effectively manage objections.
- Strong organizational skills to maximize sales opportunities and deliver effective customer presentations.
- Excellent collaborative and communication skills to interact successfully with customers and other internal team members (e.g., sales, marketing, and market access).
- Assess and analyze current local market dynamics along with key challenges customers face daily.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks (including call reporting, sample management, expense reports, training modules, business plans, etc.) are completed in a timely, accurate and compliant manner.
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven history of success.
- Excellent collaborative, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to comply with credential requirements. These credentialing requirements may include background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization and/or vaccinations.
