We're seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft CTI Integration Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you'll be responsible for integrating CTI systems with PeopleSoft applications, ensuring seamless communication and functionality.
Mandatory Requirements
Proficiency in PeopleSoft application development and customization.
Experience with CTI technologies like Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, or similar platforms.
Hands-on experience integrating CTI systems with PeopleSoft applications.
Strong understanding of telephony concepts, including call routing, IVR, and call center operations.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, PeopleCode, or others used in PeopleSoft development.
Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST) and integration technologies.
Familiarity with database systems, especially Oracle, commonly used with PeopleSoft.
Understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols and communication protocols used in CTI environments.
In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture, components, and modules.
Ability to design and develop customizations, extensions, and integrations within the PeopleSoft environment.
Experience with PeopleSoft tools such as Application Designer, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Integration Broker, and others.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand business requirements, and effectively communicate technical solutions.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions involving CTI integration with PeopleSoft.
Aptitude for troubleshooting issues related to CTI integrations, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.
Relevant certifications in PeopleSoft or CTI technologies are beneficial.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to the overall project success.
Willingness to adapt to new technologies, learn new skills, and stay updated with industry trends in both PeopleSoft and CTI integration.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or equivalent experience may be required by some employers.
