LHH is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our client on a direct hire basis. This client offers an excellent environment and benefit package. They operate on a hybrid schedule and are only in the office 1-2 days a week.


Responsibilities:

  • Processing high volume, hourly payroll for employees
  • Processing all garnishments
  • Reviewing all payroll data to ensure accuracy
  • Processing 401k payments
  • Reconciliations
  • Answering any employee payroll questions


Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of payroll experience required
  • Strong Excel skills required (pivot tables, vlookups)
  • ADP experience preferred
  • Ability to work with little direction and be an independent thinker


Compensation:

  • The anticipated pay range for this position is between $58,000 and $63,000 depending on experience. This position comes with a bonus, PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401k with match and more.

  • Hybrid schedule: 1-2 days in the office each week
