Payroll Coordinator
LHH is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our client on a direct hire basis. This client offers an excellent environment and benefit package. They operate on a hybrid schedule and are only in the office 1-2 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Processing high volume, hourly payroll for employees
- Processing all garnishments
- Reviewing all payroll data to ensure accuracy
- Processing 401k payments
- Reconciliations
- Answering any employee payroll questions
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of payroll experience required
- Strong Excel skills required (pivot tables, vlookups)
- ADP experience preferred
- Ability to work with little direction and be an independent thinker
Compensation:
- The anticipated pay range for this position is between $58,000 and $63,000 depending on experience. This position comes with a bonus, PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401k with match and more.
Work site:
- Hybrid schedule: 1-2 days in the office each week
