Payroll Coordinator

As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and processing in-house payroll, including taxes, for our hourly union employees. This role will support payroll processing for 2 divisions hourly union employees. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multi-state and union payroll processing and be adept at handling a high volume of payroll transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Process in-house payroll using Vista by ViewPoint, including all relevant taxes.
• Support payroll processing for all hourly union employees.
• Import time data via the ACSS timekeeping system.
• Manage payroll processing for up to 400-500 employees during busy seasons.
• Conduct weekly payroll runs.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
• Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE multi-state payroll processing experience.
• MUST HAVE union payroll processing experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Proficiency with Vista by ViewPoint or similar payroll systems.
• Experience with ACSS timekeeping system preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
