Johnson Service Group (JSG) is looking for an experienced Employee Service Representative - Payroll. The Employee Service Representative will be responsible for processing payroll for our contractors!
Employee Service Representative Responsibilities
:Process payrol
lCollect timesheets and enter hours into GP sheet
sRun VMS (Vendor Management System) report and verify hours are entered correctl
yRun missing timesheet report and email employees to submit their tim
eSend email to managers to approve pending timesheets/expense report
sReview expense reports for accuracy and make sure all receipts are attache
dProcess Change Forms for pay rate, bill rate, AVM, mark up change
sProcess Advance Request for final check, late timesheets, per diem, etc
.Update clients every week and send to client – typically these are Excel report
