Our company started in 2015 offering in-home care supportive living services to Intellectually Disabled clients in the San Clara Clara and San Benito counties. We have since expanded into many other counties throughout other parts of California, with office locations in ten different cities. We now offer Mental Health, Behavioral Management, Day Program, and Independent Living services in addition to our supportive living services, and will continue to look for other ways to help out the community.

This position will be based out of our main office, located in Sacramento, California. However, there will be a few occasions where you may travel to work at our other offices (3-4 times/year). This is NOT a remote position, so we are looking for someone that is outgoing and engaging, that enjoys teamwork and working together in an energetic environment.

Experience VS Education?
While we appreciate what institutions and schools may teach, we are just as interested, if not, more in real life experience - Someone with expert knowledge with QuickBooks, account reconciliation, billing, payroll, and tracking payments, you could be the right candidate!
Duties include, but not limited to:
Processing invoices and billing for services delivered
Tracking daily time punches and reconciling with payroll/billing systems
Monitoring and tracking due payments/bills
Filing/Recordkeeping of company financials/documents
Data Entry (Earnings Withholding Orders, EDD, etc.)
Workers Compensation Reports (941, etc.)
Various Payroll Register Reports
Attend scheduled meetings
General office duties (phone calls, emails, AP/AR, etc.)
Skills/Experience:
Basic software applications (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll (processing, reporting, etc.)
Average typing speed of 60 wpm
Ability to travel occasionally to other office locations, and/or assigned work assignments
Excellent writing skills (job requires extensive electronic communication with internal/external parties)

Salary: $28/hour (Part-Time, non-exempt); $32/hour (Full-Time, exempt); Full-Time Employment will include medical/dental/vision benefits, Paid Time Off (80 hours/year on an accrual basis), and company-paid Life Insurance.
