What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Process and release a high level of cases per day in a fast-paced environment
  • Analyze documents to secure coverage
  • Support Patient Advocate teams with up-to-date information
  • Complete routine tasks with minimum supervision
  • Ensure compliance with CLIA and HIPAA regulations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service or office environment
  • Knowledge of clinical lab systems and/or customer relationship management (CRM) systems helpful
  • Accurate typing skills of at least 35 words per minute
  • Comprehensive understanding and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • College degree (BS or BA) in biology, science, or healthcare
  • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, often under pressure
  • Strong, recent professional references
