The Partner Success Manager at Food Rescue Hero will play a crucial role in driving the success of our partner network, which is made up of organizations across the US and Canada operating food recovery programs.
The strategic goals of this position are to:
Build and maintain strong relationships with Food Rescue Hero partners
Ensure that partners derive maximum value and adoption from our platform
Use partner insights to inform feature requirements
Success in this role will be measured by:
Partner satisfaction
Adoption of new features
Overall growth of the FRH network and its impact
Responsibilities & Essential Functions
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, understanding their needs and ensuring they are met
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing training and guidance on using the Food Rescue Hero platform
Meet with partners on a regular basis to understand their evolving needs, gather feedback, and ensure they are maximizing the benefits of the Food Rescue Hero platform
Collaborate with Engineering and within Partner Success to ensure partners' needs are communicated, documented and addressed effectively
Drive adoption of new platform features and services, working closely with partners to understand the impact and benefits
Develop and implement strategies to increase partner engagement and retention
Facilitate collaboration within the network, encouraging creation of best practices, SOPs, and other resources
Monitor and analyze partner usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Advocate for partners' needs internally to inform the product roadmap and service enhancements
Provide regular reporting and updates on partner health and success metrics

Qualifications & Experience - Required
2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
Experience working in a SaaS or technology company is a plus
Demonstrated success in managing and growing client relationships
Qualifications & Experience - Preferred
Experience working in the nonprofit industry or working with nonprofit organizations
Experience working in sustainability, food recovery, or related fields
Familiarity with agile methodologies or other project management principles
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or other relevant field
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $54,000-$57,000

Work Location
The position is classified as hybrid with physical work location to encompass all of the following as directed by the supervisor: in-office, field and/or community, and work from home. Up to 10% travel.
