**This role is a paid internship**

Key responsibilities:

  • Fully supporting OpusVi’s partner marketing and communications strategy and executing it in different phases
  • Draft communications for stakeholders and develop content partner marketing campaigns
  • Manage an ongoing schedule of communications through partner marketing channels
  • Creating and curating engaging content, and ensuring accuracy in all promotional language
  • Support social media strategies with content creation, industry research and graphic design
  • Conducting industry research to support content marketing initiatives and projects
  • Conduct media outreach to national, trade and regional reporters
  • Build and update media lists and databases
  • Support Lead in scheduling and coordinating various conferences and events
  • Assist in administrative duties along with website updates and edits


Minimum Qualifications and Experience

(Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required)

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, communications or a related field, candidates currently pursuing a degree are welcome to apply as well.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of communications, public relations strategies and media outreach
  • Efficiency at Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drive
  • Strong desire to learn and a professional drive to build skills
  • CMS website management experience, Hubspot preferred
