About The Role
Are you ready to join a dynamic team and drive transformation in the world of channel marketing? Brother USA is seeking a Manager, Partner Experience to manage and execute channel strategies and initiatives that engage, promote, and grow brother for business with existing and new channel partners and end users in the B2B ecosystem. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to be at the forefront of a vibrant industry reporting directly to the Director of Partner Experience.
This role travels regularly, averaging 2-3 trips per month, for 2-4 days at a time, locally, regionally, and nationally.

Channel Strategies & Demand Generation Initiatives:
- You'll be behind crafting channel marketing strategies that take our product portfolio to new heights. Get ready to collaborate with product marketing, the commercial sales team, and our channel partners to make it happen!
- Lead the charge in creating demand generation initiatives and thrilling omnichannel campaigns. Expect to work with an enthusiastic team to achieve sales growth goals and success metrics.
- Get your creative juices flowing as you join forces with the Sales Team for Quarterly Business Reviews. Your ideas will drive business growth and keep things exciting.
- Join our cross-functional dream team to continuously improve and develop our sales enablement tools. Be at the forefront of innovation.
- Dive deep into data, metrics, and insights to uncover the insights that will lead to continuous improvement. Your analytical skills will shine here.
- Be at the helm of our tradeshow strategy, planning and execution including key metrics for success.
- Get ready to build a flawless partner communication process that ensures everyone is in the know about important announcements and product updates. Timely communication is key.
- Join forces with your cross-functional pals to whip up engaging content and boost participation in our educational program.
- Unleash your inner innovator to create channel programs that cultivate brand loyalty and amp up channel engagement to drive sales growth.
- You'll be the digital virtuoso, maximizing Brother's presence on our channel partner websites. Optimize content, use the freshest product images and messages, and get ready to report out your dazzling results.
- Play the hero by providing support to our partners' E-Commerce platforms and crafting digital marketing content that'll make waves.
- Partner management and B2B marketing initiatives

- Software/Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software (Salesforce preferred), partner portal tools, and content syndication platforms

- The salary (or hiring) range for this position is $110,000 - $138,000 per year
- Starting salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location, and alignment with market data
- This position is eligible to participate in the relevant Brother variable pay incentive plan(s). Applicable bonus awards are discretionary and contingent upon 1) achievement of your individual objectives and 2) Brother achieving its corporate and business-level objectives
