Part Time WinTeam Implementation Consultant

TEAM Software by WorkWave is looking for a highly motivated, part-time Implementation Consultant with WinTeam experience to join our already robust Professional Services team. You would be responsible for offering specialized training and consulting to WinTeam customers with the goal of encouraging client adoption and ensuring they appreciate the full value of WinTeam.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Conduct training sessions using online training tools covering specified TEAM’s products
• Consult with client management to gain knowledge of specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations and technologies
• Assist with full product integration through additional consulting, and training of TEAM’s products
• Revise design of training curriculum and methods to improve effectiveness
• Measure client’s understanding of purchased services to ensure adoption
• Track and record all communications with clients to ensure accurate billing
• Consult on WinTeam Financial Modules
• Offer specialized training sessions to C-Suite executives across our customer base
• Develop teaching outlines and determine instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, and meetings
  
  
  

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Prior software training experience
• Experience using the following WinTeam modules: Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Personnel Scheduling
• Accounting degree or similar experience
• Familiarity with the building services and/or security industry
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects with a high level of effectiveness
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability
• Ability to be proactive, self-motivated, self-directed, flexible, adaptable and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to organize daily activities
• Ability to perform administrative activities
  
  
  

PREFERRED TO HAVE:

• Fluent in Spanish
• Experience working in senior management for a Security and/or Cleaning Contracting company
