Job Description
Check all Residents and visitors in and out of the community.
Answer the phone and direct calls.
Greet Residents, Staff, visitors, and vendors.
Assist with general office duties, such as photocopying, filing, and mailing.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Assisted living
Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment.
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and computer skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts.
