• Keep your finger on the pulse of campaign performance, uncovering trends, and seizing opportunities to skyrocket our return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Deliver actionable insights and reports that illuminate the path forward, ensuring we're always ahead of the curve with industry trends and technologies.
• Mastermind our annual performance marketing budget across multiple channels, ensuring every dollar packs a punch.

What You Bring:

• You've got 2-4 years under your belt in ecommerce, retail, CPG, beauty, or apparel, with a proven track record in paid media—especially paid social and Meta platforms.
• Experience with Meta advertising is a must; familiarity with Google, TikTok, and affiliate marketing is a big plus.
• You're strategic, data-driven, and always hungry for growth opportunities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Slides—because you know that numbers tell stories.
