The Paid Search Specialist reports directly to the Regional Manager, Media Buying to set up and maintain multiple paid search campaigns in Google and Bing for a designated client list. This individual should have 2+ years of experience and a full understanding of the digital media landscape. This position requires a dedicated team player with a high level of collaboration, organization, analytical, and communication skills all while maintaining a positive attitude. This person must also be detail-oriented and demonstrate consistent accuracy in their executions. The Paid Specialist is expected to work independently on daily campaign management and set up while also collaborating with the team on optimization, quality checks and evolving tech. This role is key to stewarding the clients Paid Search budget with success and integrity.
Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain multiple paid search campaigns in AdWords/Bing Ads for multiple clients
Monitor, track and report on paid search campaigns
Manage and optimize client campaigns
Analyze website traffic and offer insights for improving campaigns
Complete keyword research
Complete competitor research
Support the media lead on client needs as required
Experience in managing campaigns with all bid strategies
Think critically and strategically when suggesting optimizations
Develop proficiency in agency systems and processes
Position currently remote with intention of building to hybrid as an in-office role 3 days / week.
