The Outpatient Therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients in an outpatient setting. The therapist will work with clients to develop treatment plans, provide ongoing assessments, and monitor progress toward treatment goals. The therapist will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients
Monitor progress toward treatment goals and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment
Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
Licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, LP or LICSW in the state of Minnesota
Experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
