Order Processing Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

Issue quotes for machines and/or spare parts.

End-to-end Order Management For Machines And/or Spare Parts

  • Order entry, order confirmations, invoices & credit notes.

Logistics Coordination For Spare Parts

  • Freight quote requests from forwarders, shipping documents (CI&DN), HTS numbers, compliance forms, shipment tracking

Purchasing

  • Placing orders with internal vendors for machines and/or spare parts, order confirmations: requests, entries, price check, filing, inventory for machines and/or spare parts

Bookkeeping

  • Entering invoices SAGE, Sales Taxes (e. g. MN/CA/WA), AR (Aged Receivables) List and Do not Ship List, Deposit checks.

Office Administration

  • Ordering supplies, correspondence, answer phone calls, assigned projects, Christmas mailing etc.

Will pay up to 75% of your private health ins with a cap of $350 per month (if another company contributes to the payment of the policy they will pay nothing IE if your spouse's company pays for your insurance), 401K, 14 vacation days, 5 sick days, 9 or 10 holidays.
