Brij is currently seeking a talented Oracle JD Edwards Finance Consultant to join our growing Oracle enterprise applications consulting team! The successful Finance Consultant will be highly experienced in Oracle JD Edwards Finance applications, with a strong accounting background and a passion for delivering quality results.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the Oracle JD Edwards Finance Consultant are to provide top-tier, hands-on consulting, managed services support, and mentoring for the finance modules, including:
Successfully implementing, upgrading and/or customizing Oracle JD Edwards finance modules to meet the client's specific business needs.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the client's business requirements.
Resolving complex issues related to Oracle JD Edwards finance modules.
Staying up-to-date on the latest software and industry updates and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related studies.
Minimum 7 years of hands-on Oracle enterprise applications consulting and support experience.
Expertise with Oracle JD Edwards Finance suite including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Job Cost, Purchasing, and Capital Asset Management.
Lead Consultant on at least 3 successfully completed and referenceable upgrade or implementation projects.
Solid analytical skills with a consultative approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to create high quality written documentation
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Distraction-free remote workspace/home office, with ability to join video meetings.
Ability to travel, as needed.
CPA strongly preferred.
