Job Title: Machine Operator - Additive Manufacturing

Job Description

As a Machine Operator in our additive manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for setting up and operating specialized 3D printers specifically for Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM). Your role ensures that high-quality parts are consistently produced. You will collaborate with additive manufacturing technicians and the Maintenance team to troubleshoot any process variations or manufacturing challenges. Additional duties include updating workflow system statuses, participating in process improvement initiatives, and managing inventory processes. Responsibilities also encompass removing finished builds from machines, preparing machines for new builds, staging and storing materials, monitoring machines during the build process, documenting and scanning paperwork, performing preliminary part inspections, and cleaning auxiliary equipment.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

Work Environment

You will work in a controlled manufacturing environment filled with various washing, buffing, and sanding machines, as well as assembly tools. The position is for the second shift, which runs from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
