We continuously strive to improve our emergency response capabilities, focusing on incidents that threaten life and property within our jurisdiction and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily operational activities with a proactive approach
Perform essential administrative duties, including travel coordination, phone management, and meeting scheduling
Oversee office supply inventory and equipment maintenance
Facilitate effective allocation of human resources
Coordinate and support new employee onboarding processes
Assist in project management by creating and tracking assignments, monitoring progress, and resolving issues as they arise
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Manage budgets and prepare comprehensive financial reports for leadership review
Plan and organize engaging conferences, events, staff training sessions, and employee activities
Develop and maintain accurate operations documents and reports
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and time management expertise
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving capabilities
