We've supported almost 10,000 students through our group coaching and training programs: Start With You, Entrepreneur School, Experience Product Masterclass (EPM) and Momentum.

Our company and our reach has been growing fast and we’re looking for an Online Program Delivery Manager to ensure our students have an exceptional experience and are optimizing our programs for their success by ensuring every piece of content gets delivered on time, as promised.

You’ll project manage the continual fine-tuning of the EPM program and delivery process based on feedback from our student support team, student coach team, creative team and your own insights from keeping tabs on the student conversations in our membership areas. This is a hands-on role where you will actively engage with various teams and students to gather insights and drive improvements.

You will also be the Learning Platform Specialist for our Start With You and Entrepreneur School programs.


About Our Programs

We have 3 core programs that you will be in charge of:

Start With You helps our students discover the business they're meant to build, not just the business they “could” build - one that's both personally fulfilling AND financially profitable.

Entrepreneur School is an action-taking program that gives our students one small skill to focus on each month so they can grow their confidence muscle and discover what works for their business.

Experience Product Masterclass (EPM) is our blockbuster program in which our students design an Experience Product in 12-weeks or less and make their first $2,000 (if not a whole lot more) by the end of the course. We currently run EPM as an Evergreen program throughout the year and we do a major launch every October. (This past October, we welcomed over 1200 new students to our LYM Tribe!)

Your ultimate goal as Online Program Delivery Manager is to ensure the success of our students by keeping them engaged and excited, hitting their program milestones like clockwork and enthused to continue working with us in their entrepreneurial journey by enrolling in our annual, high-level mentorship programs.


As the Learning Platform Specialist you will also be responsible for:

  • Zoom master at our student fulfillment events. This includes all technical aspects associated with the event and running Zoom throughout the events to ensure an extraordinary student experience.
  • Creation of surveys, questionnaires and other forms of collecting student data throughout the lifecycle of the student experience.


Here’s What the Role Will Look Like for You:

  • Demonstrate objectivity, resourcefulness and clear leadership in our fast-paced team environment
  • Plan, oversee and lead the delivery of EPM and the three feeder programs to ensure they are delivered seamlessly and without errors, including: onboarding sequence, emails, calls, texts, membership sites, social media communities, physical gifts, coaching team coordination, virtual workshops, retreats and more...
  • Manage all projects and administrative tasks for weekly workshops and events
  • Proofread and ensure quality control on all membership site content, links, attention grabbing emails, social posts and other student-facing messaging. Attention to detail must be an obsession for you.
  • Implement our innovative approach to gamified learning that we call "Experiencification" with leaderboards, competitions and other learning incentives that keep our students engaged and on track
  • Make program delivery decisions and suggestions based on metrics related to student engagement and completion rates, receivables and overall program profitability
  • Coordinate with our Community Manager to keep students engaged, informed and hot dawg excited about their next steps to successful completion
  • Occasionally have re-enrollment or retention calls with our students or get on the phone to resolve a gnarly issue
  • Serve as our “go-to” resource and information hub for these 4 programs, acting as the central point of contact for all projects and communication flow required to ensure the success of our students
  • Coordinate with other members of the Campus team to create an exceptional student experience that drives results, retention and re-enrollment in our advanced mentorship programs
  • Offer stability to our students by staying highly attuned to their experience, constantly proposing and testing ideas for how we can get more students to "Mission Accomplished"
  • Zoom master for our Campus events, creating a seamless experience for our students during virtual events


About You:

  • You are an organizational ninja and time management master able to effectively juggle multiple work tasks on different timelines without dropping the ball on anything (If this isn’t you, read no further… this is a non-negotiable for success in this role)
  • You've got capacity for strategic big-picture thinking and at the same time you can see the details through, you like getting things done and checking things off your list without losing the forest for the trees
  • You have experience working on a large-scale online program (at least several hundred members)
  • You're an A-player, committed to excellence, you thrive in a fast-paced work environment where you’re surrounded by a team of high-performers who love what we do and who we serve
  • You bring a detail-oriented, systems innovation mindset with extensive use of project management software, google docs, gantt charts and reporting dashboards. You're both efficient and accurate when it comes to managing the details. You can spot typos from a mile away
  • You have impeccable verbal and written communication skills (a Bachelor’s Degree is a must), and enjoy deeply connecting with individuals via email, online, over the phone and in person (when things get back to normal)
  • Strong technical skills and the aptitude to learn as you go to create online solutions that create an exceptional student experience
  • Comfortable running zoom meetings, both “on camera” and behind the scenes.
  • You take action to solve problems effectively and efficiently, consistently demonstrating a solution-focused, growth mindset and experimental worldview
  • You LOVE supporting people and truly care about their needs… you don’t need to be the star of the show
  • You know how to address student complaints by uncovering and responding to the deeper need, knowing when to accommodate their requests vs. when to hold your ground while helping them feel acknowledged in the process
  • You prefer joining a team to starting your own business. You are not looking for a side-gig to fund your entrepreneurial dream. You are looking to grow your skills within a stable, supportive, long-term position in a world-class company.
  • You like to be challenged and to actively learn and grow beyond your comfort zone in a work environment
  • You’re an independent self-starter. Rather than waiting for someone to tell you what to do, you jump in and look for ways to give, serve and contribute.


Technical Experience Required:

  • CRM experience (Keap/Infusionsoft is a plus)
  • G-Suite, including Sheets, Docs & Drive
  • Familiarity with Mac OS
  • Social Media
  • Facebook Groups
  • Ability to pick up new apps and technology with ease
  • Project Management Tools (we currently use Monday.com)
  • Zoom

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with online program launches
  • Email marketing - working knowledge


The Deets:

The role is also 100% remote, but you need to be available to work during “normal business hours” (approximately 9am to 6pm Pacific time, give or take two hours) regardless of the time zone you live in. Some weekend and night work will be required during events and launch activities. And, having a reliable up-to-date computer is a must!
