Oncology Business Manager (Pacific Northwest ) - Remote | WFH

Position Overview

As an Oncology Business Manager (OBM), you will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing strategic business relationships within health systems and community oncology practices. Your leadership and strategic acumen will ensure optimal access to our portfolio of oncology products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute robust business plans, leveraging your expertise in group purchasing organizations, contracting, health economics, and reimbursement/access strategies.

Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align on brand objectives and educate on access to Jazz Oncology products.

Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision makers in oncology practices and health systems, ensuring Jazz Pharmaceuticals is a preferred partner.

Lead the development of strategic account plans in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers to maximize access and adoption of Jazz Oncology products.

Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive strategies, adapting our approach to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Educate and support healthcare providers on financial assistance programs and product access initiatives.

Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required (MBA or related field preferred), with 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Proven track record (3+ years) in managing oncology practice networks or health systems/GPO accounts.

Strong understanding of oncology market dynamics, including reimbursement models and healthcare ecosystems.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business applications.

Up to 40% travel required within the Pacific Northwest region.

Benefits And Compensation

At Jazz Pharmaceuticals, we are committed to providing a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary within the range of $169,600-$254,400, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k retirement plan, and flexible paid vacation.
