FRIDAY SALES INTERVIEW PRO TIP: Don't forget to let your personality shine during your next sales job interview! Bring the energy, enthusiasm, and excitement, and focus on building rapport with the interviewer. While being qualified for the job is important, it's not the only thing that matters. Hiring managers are also looking for someone who is likable and has a great personality, someone who customers and team members will enjoy being around. Recently, I've noticed a trend in feedback from interviews where the hiring manager felt that the candidate was a great fit on paper, but in person, they just didn't have the engaging personality they were looking for. So, remember to present yourself professionally, but also be friendly and engaging, just as you would be when out selling. Good luck to all of you interviewing for your dream job!
