Based in Boston, the Northeast Regional Manager will report to the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for the business success of the studios in your region, which includes the Boston, Chicago, and Madison markets. You will manage a group of leaders to produce profitable Studios that uphold Studs' brand experience and piercing compliance standards. Additional markets will be added to your remit as we continue to expand over time.

Salary: $125,000 - $140,000, with equity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own P&L results for all Studios in your region, guiding leaders to achieve sales targets, increase revenue, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance profitability.
  • Utilize comprehensive knowledge of piercing regulations to enforce operational standards and enhance the overall guest experience in partnership with our Compliance team.
  • Strategically manage labor and payroll costs across your market by approving schedules that align with each studio's unique factors such as traffic, seasonality, and operating hours.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and development of high performing, results-driven studio leaders.
  • Motivate, coach and strengthen studio leaders by serving as a resource and providing expertise on employee relation issues, service recovery, team staffing, and company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Lead the successful opening of new Studios in collaboration with Retail Ops, offering on-the-ground support and training to ensure timely and efficient launch processes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of comparable District or Regional level experience across a similar geography required with 4+ years of Studio or Store Manager experience; experience with jewelry, piercing, service or hospitality based business is a plus
  • Experience in owning a P&L and driving financial results.
  • Ability to work Full-Time with open availability, inclusive of weekends, to support the needs of a high growth emerging brand
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
  • 75% travel required, including 3+ days working out of one of your studios each week
  • Driven, creative problem solver that consistently acts with integrity and speaks up
  • Leader in change management
  • Proven expertise in effectively managing and developing a team with multiple direct reports
  • Demonstrated track record in creating an inclusive and equitable workplace environment
  • Owner's mindset, with the ability to approach feedback and problems with a solution orientation
  • Ability to be scrappy, organized, and navigate dynamic change by leveraging tools and resources creatively
  • Manages ambiguity and proven success in prioritization in a high growth environment
