Position: Area Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:


Cold Calling: Initiate and execute high-volume cold calls to prospective clients, demonstrating confidence and expertise in presenting our cutting-edge aesthetic and medical device solutions.


Account Management: Open new accounts and establish long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to drive their success.


Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets within your designated territory.


Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations in plastic surgeons' and dermatologists' offices, showcasing the value and benefits of our products.


Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and enhance sales strategies.


Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.


Qualifications:


Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the aesthetics or medical device industry.


Skills: Strong ability to cold call, close deals, and build lasting relationships with clients.


Confidence: Comfortable engaging with high-profile clients, including plastic surgeons and dermatologists, in a professional and persuasive manner.


Competitiveness: Highly competitive nature with a drive to outperform sales targets and achieve outstanding results.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.


Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and client needs.
