We are seeking a motivated and experienced NCAA Coach to lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching collegiate athletes and a passion for developing players both on and off the field.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Previous experience coaching at the NCAA level
Strong knowledge of the rules and regulations governing NCAA sports
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to recruit and retain talented student-athletes
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in athletics
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective training programs
Provide guidance and mentorship to student-athletes
Recruit talented players to join the team
Monitor academic performance and support student-athletes in their studies
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture
Ensure compliance with NCAA regulations
Collaborate with athletic department staff and university faculty
Represent the university in a professional manner at competitions and events
Continuously strive for personal and team improvement
Uphold the values of sportsmanship and fair play
