Setty & Associates is seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to drive our business development efforts and achieve sales goals across all markets nationwide. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to foster long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Collaborate with Office Directors to develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at meeting and exceeding yearly sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
Budget and Forecast Management:
Own and manage national sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve financial targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Pursue additional projects with existing clients, leveraging established relationships to drive business growth.
Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Sales Leadership:
Lead pitch meetings and sales presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value propositions of our services.
Provide motivation, guidance, and support to enhance productivity and achieve sales objectives.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Utilize insights from market research to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
Industry Engagement:
Attend and present at relevant industry conferences to promote the company and connect with prospective clients.
Represent the company in various industry forums and events to enhance brand visibility and establish new business connections.
Performance Reporting:
Report directly to the Managing Director and indirectly to the President and Vice President on sales performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports, highlighting achievements, areas for improvement, and future plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the A/E/C or related industries.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets on a national level.
Experience in developing new territories and market segments.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Ability to analyze complex data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
Willingness to travel as needed to support regional teams and client engagements.
