Overview:

Setty & Associates is seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to drive our business development efforts and achieve sales goals across all markets nationwide. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to foster long-term relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with Office Directors to develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at meeting and exceeding yearly sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.

Budget and Forecast Management:

  • Own and manage national sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve financial targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Pursue additional projects with existing clients, leveraging established relationships to drive business growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

Sales Leadership:

  • Lead pitch meetings and sales presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value propositions of our services.
  • Provide motivation, guidance, and support to enhance productivity and achieve sales objectives.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Utilize insights from market research to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.

Industry Engagement:

  • Attend and present at relevant industry conferences to promote the company and connect with prospective clients.
  • Represent the company in various industry forums and events to enhance brand visibility and establish new business connections.

Performance Reporting:

  • Report directly to the Managing Director and indirectly to the President and Vice President on sales performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, highlighting achievements, areas for improvement, and future plans.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the A/E/C or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets on a national level.
  • Experience in developing new territories and market segments.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support regional teams and client engagements.
