Job Description

We’re looking for a TEMPORARY Senior Art Director, Performance Creative, Multicultural with experience art directing for and an understanding of the Mexican American Hispanic market to join our Performance Creative team. We are seeking someone who has worked with multicultural content and understands the cultural nuances and regionalisms of Mexican American culture. Must be fluent in Spanish and its culture.

This will be an end of May start through - Mid July with possibility of going full time in the future. Preferred East Coast time zone.

Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, you will craft compelling, culturally relevant, and authentic performance creative tailored specifically for this audience in addition to a general audience.

  • You will pitch in on light animation and editing work, and new business.
  • You will work with existing assets to reimagine and repurpose across channels.
  • You understand the nuances of digital media channels, including social, website/UX, and SEO-centric video.
  • You are a team player who loves to tell stories and have fun doing it.

Qualifications

  • 5 years minimum experience in art direction or graphic design in advertising, or content marketing
  • Knowledge building creative in omni-channel social media campaigns (organic and paid), display, OLV
  • Consistency of quality ideas
  • Attention to craft exemplified in a diverse portfolio of work
  • Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, concept and execution motion skills

Additional Information

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $34- $60 per hour. Hourly pay rate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. TEMP employees are eligible for paid holidays as outlined on the dentsu 2024 holiday schedule, in addition to safe and sick time.
