Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science
MLS or equivalent. ASCP certification preferred.
4 years experience working in Micro Biology in an acute care facility.
Must have understanding of AST breakpoints

Job Description
We performs diagnostic testing on patient samples to aid physicians in the diagnosis and/or monitoring of various disease states. This position is a working Supervisor position for Microbiology. Responsible for the day to day operations of the department. Responsible for regulatory compliance.
Minimum Education: Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science.
Minimum Experience: 4 years experience working in Micro Biology in an acute care facility.
Licensure: MLS or equivalent. ASCP Certified preferred.
