We are looking for Quant UXR support across a number of areas:
Exploratory surveys - to understand the market size for an opportunity, prioritize elements of the product to focus on, clarify the severity of the problem we may be trying to address, clarify the demographics and psychographics of the target audience for the feature etc.
Early prototype testing - use prototype mocks of new product ideas (either flat or interactive mocks) to understand user reactions, either via survey platforms or our own DICE experimentation platform
What are the research methods?: As detailed above, primarily survey based with some usage of our experimentation platform DICE
What are the research deliverables?: Document reports, presentations, potentially some limited dashboarding
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Coding in R/python
Comfort with survey tools like Qualtrics
Comfortable stats background
Strategic/commercial mindset, the ability to define research questions and hypotheses from loose guidance
AB testing experience
