Microsoft Consultant
**Job Description: Dynamics 365 BC Consultant**
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Implementation:** Lead or support the implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for clients, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
2. **Customization:** Customize Dynamics 365 BC to meet the unique business requirements of clients, including designing and developing extensions, integrations, and customizations using AL language, Visual Studio Code, and other development tools.
3. **Training and Support:** Provide training and support to end-users on Dynamics 365 BC functionality, processes, and best practices. Assist clients in resolving technical issues and troubleshooting system errors.
4. **Business Analysis:** Analyze client business processes and requirements to recommend best practices and solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 BC functionality.
5. **Project Management:** Manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion within budget and scope.
6. **Documentation:** Create and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, user manuals, and test scripts.
7. **Stay Updated:** Keep abreast of the latest updates, features, and trends in Dynamics 365 BC and related Microsoft technologies to provide strategic advice and guidance to clients.
**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate or Developer Associate are a plus.
2. Proven experience (X years) in implementing, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for clients across various industries.
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and supply chain management concepts.
4. Proficiency in Dynamics 365 BC customization and development using AL language, Visual Studio Code, and extensions.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
6. Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions within budget and scope.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into functional system designs.
8. Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Power BI, Azure, and Office 365 is a plus.
