Jockey is seeking a Merchandiser to join our Merchandising team!

The Merchandiser will assist in the development of consumer-focused products across all channels of distribution to help meet the sales goals of the company.

This position will be located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area).

Essential Functions

• Assist with strategic category/product plan and positioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional merchants and other teams to develop product/product categories, while acting as an expert in our product and product lines.
• Use insights, analytics and metrics to determine new launch strategies or product lifecycle updates, including sales reporting, market analysis and competitive shopping analysis.
• Review consumer feedback, prepare feedback reports.
• Responsible for product lifecycle management.
• Assist in calendar tracking.
• Build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsible for packaging requests and final artwork approvals.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, marketing or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant business experience.
• Basic understanding of market and consumer impact to line planning.
• Knowledge of product development process.
• Basic working knowledge of financial principles in cost development.
• Strong collaboration skills through clear and authentic communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Tableau and PLM software knowledge a plus.
