Merchandise Coordinator

Job Title: Merchandise Coordinator

Location: San Francisco, CA

Contract Length - end of calendar year

Responsibilities:

•Ensure data-entry integrity and maintenance of seasonal product integrity in product management systems

•Be responsible for sample management and organization for assigned global product categories

•Contribute to some aspects of Product Development activities

•Act as a conduit of information, materials, and samples to regions and cross-functional teams

•Create and maintain line plans and communicate plans with key cross-functional business partners

•Assist merchants with preparation for product performance reviews and sell-out reports

•Assist with targeted consumer and competitor research via market shopping and fashion publications Conduct administrative work for the merchandising team as needed.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred

•1-2-years of experience in apparel merchandising recommended

•Strong knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

•Excellent attention to detail

•Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills across teams and levels

•Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

•Passion for the product and the consumer

•Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
