VillageCare is seeking a motivated individual for our Supervisor of Member Services position. This role will assist in the coordination of staff scheduling, training, and day-to-day work flows. The Supervisor will assist members in accessing services, resolving issues and communicating with other members of the Interdisciplinary Care Team.
Some Daily Responsibilities Will Include
Ensure all incoming calls are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Uphold Member Service coverage on the phone queue at all times.
Respond to and log all nonclinical, member, and subcontractor complaints.
Identify training needs, conduct new hire orientation, and ongoing refresher training.
Effectively manage escalations within the department by ensuring appropriate accountability, sense of urgency, communication, and follow through to closure.
Perform personnel and job supervisory duties required to ensure that staff is meeting performance goals and conduct performance reviews.
Leverage analytical experience to execute project tasks.
Apply expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis, process improvement, and visualization.
We would like to speak to those who have 3+ years job-related experience in healthcare HMO, Medicaid and Medicare. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills. Advanced Microsoft Outlook proficient in Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Word and Excel. Bilingual skills preferred. Associate's degree required. Call center experience required.
