General job duties. Types of procedures required.
Cleaning medical equipment that is returned from patient homes
Minor troubleshooting, assembly and repair of equipment
Documentation of cleaning and repair in the electronic record
Will be working with DME (Durable Medical Equipment) which can include oxygen equipment (nebulizers, oxygen concentrators, ect), wheelchairs, crutches, hospital beds, - basically any medical equipment you can think of.
Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)
Minor computer data entry
Cleaning supplies and products
Required skills and minimum years of experience.
No minimum years of experience and just the ability to follow instruction for proper cleaning and maintenance of the equipment. Do not need specific prior experience - willing and able to train.
Dress Code:
Casual, jeans allowed and tennis shoes
