We have an opportunity at our Oldham, UK Fab for a Quality Engineer. This individual will join an established Quality team within compliance and take an active role in the implementation of Quality systems for the site, performing audits, supporting improvement activities, and handling a range of product or customer issues. This role will be broad and challenging. In high-performance and high-speed applications, such as communications infrastructure, there are many components that require power supplies with low noise and a high power-supply rejection ratio (PSRR). The low-noise, high-PSRR power is necessary to maintain signal integrity and accuracy, especially when a high output current is applied for instance in applications such as indoor backhaul units, ultrasound scanners and radar systems. Our response to this demand for low-noise LDO regulators is the AP7179D which provides a simple, compact solution for noise sensitive power-conversion applications. Diodes owns and operates sites including engineering, testing, customer service, and with multiple wafer fabrication sites in Asia, Europe, and North America. We have many people working diligently to meet demand, so we are particularly pleased to share that our FAB in Hsinchu, TW (JKFAB), has been honored by the Industrial Safety and Health Association (ISHA) of the R.O.C for its accumulating over one million accident-free work hours.
