– A board-certified physician with at least 5 years of experience in leading clinical operations at a large healthcare organization or integrated delivery system with oversight for ambulatory services.
– Experience working in and leading clinical teams in Managed Care, Medicare Advantage, or other value-based reimbursement models.
– Proven experience in establishing strategic priorities and building the infrastructure to implement large-scale initiatives and behavioral change within an organization.
– Experience in data analytics and data reporting.
– Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating operational workflows in the ambulatory setting.
– The ability to problem solve and work collaboratively with a large number of diverse stakeholders.
– Experience effectively managing, supporting, and mentoring a team of physicians and non-physicians.
– Experience utilizing the approaches and methods of process improvement and implementation science as evidenced by achieving targeted outcomes.
– Possession of an active CA Medical License
