About the job:

We are currently seeking a talented, motivated and experienced Medical Director to join our team in the outsourcing/offshoring industry. As the Medical Director, you will play a critical role in overseeing the medical operations of our organization and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. You will collaborate with various internal teams to drive operational efficiency and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for improving patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational oversight for all medical operations within the organization
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
• Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of medical staff and provide ongoing feedback and support
• Review and analyze medical data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement relevant initiatives
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulatory authorities, and industry experts
  
  

Requirements:

• Medical degree or equivalent, along with a valid medical license
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare operations and best practices
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
