Role Overview: As the Marketing Project Manager, you will be a key player in our organization, responsible for orchestrating and steering marketing projects to success. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and strategic organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee diverse marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Directly manage a marketing team/projects consisting of email marketing, Facebook marketing, social media management, and video content creation.
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Engineering to develop and implement strategies aligning marketing efforts with engineering objectives to achieve common goals.
• Act as the primary communication link, providing regular updates, progress reports, and performance analyses.
• Efficiently allocate resources to maximize productivity and project success.
• Identify and address potential project risks, making informed decisions benefiting both marketing and broader organizational goals.
• Ensure all marketing outputs meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
• Encourage innovative thinking and implement processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and support team members, promoting a culture of learning and development.
• Develop and own the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) process across teams - including creation, documentation, implementation, and archiving system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in project management, preferably within a marketing agency.
• Project Management Certification (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing Agile projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of various marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Solid organizational abilities, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• IT experience helpful
