What You’ll Do:

  • Meet production deadlines
  • Maintain production reporting accuracy
  • Maintain production inventory accurately
  • Maintain labor records accurately
  • Utilize the Epicor enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to manage the set production schedules
  • Coordinate with production supervisors, operations teams, and other stakeholders to schedule manufacturing orders effectively
  • Monitor production inventory levels of raw materials, anticipating any shortages or excesses, and taking appropriate actions to mitigate risks


Position:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient production. They will also work closely with other departments to coordinate projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications, partial list:

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and efficiency improvement techniques
  • Knowledge of manufacturing P&L standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Effective communicator adept at collaborating with cross functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and ERP software
  • Proficient in blueprint reading
  • Able to compile and analyze data for process improvements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, and/or 10 yrs experience in fabrication
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
  • Experienced in ISO 9001 environment preferred
