Direct and coordinate operations of manufacturing department.
Supervise and manage production staff.
Develop and implement production schedules and plans.
Monitor quality control standards.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment
Must have experience with custom, MTO manufacturing equipment
Must have background in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
Experience in CUSTOM manufacturing equipment - Automation Equipment, PCB's, semiconductor, electroplating, chemical, finishing equipment, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
