Roles And Responsibilities

Quality Control and Assurance:
Establish quality control measures, standards, and inspection protocols to ensure product consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop quality assurance programs and perform audits to monitor adherence to standards and drive continuous quality improvement.
Supply Chain Management and Logistics Optimization:
Analyze supply chain networks, inventory management practices, and logistics operations.
Optimize supply chain strategies, supplier relationships, and distribution networks to minimize costs and improve delivery performance.
Strategic Planning and Project Management:
Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic manufacturing plans aligned with business goals and market demands.
Lead cross-functional teams in project planning, execution, and monitoring to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
Client Relationship Management and Consulting:
Serve as a trusted advisor to manufacturing clients, providing expert guidance and actionable recommendations.
Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and presentations to communicate findings, strategies, and project outcomes effectively.
