Manager, Ticket Operations & Services

SUMMARY

Las Vegas Lacrosse was launched on June 21, 2021, as the 15th team in the National Lacrosse League (NLL) beginning play in December 2022. The team is co-owned by Wayne Gretzky, Dustin Johnson, Steve Nash and Joe Tsai. The team plays at Lee’s Family Forum in Henderson.

The Manager, Ticket Operations & Services will work alongside the Ticket Sales & Partnership Teams to aide in the sales and fulfillment of all tickets to Desert Dogs customers. This role will focus on supporting sales efforts through the building and monitoring of ecommerce platforms, processing and invoicing orders, and distributing tickets through AXS. 

JOB DESCRIPTION - WHAT YOU WILL DO:

·       Plan, organize, administer and implement all ticketing operations for the Las Vegas Desert Dogs nine regular season home games through AXS

·       Process season, group, single game and other ticket related requests for the Las Vegas Desert Dogs

·       Manage and coordinate all ticket office projects such as printing, mailing, invoicing, contracting, etc.

·       Coordinate with Ticketing Account Executives to prepare and disburse Season Ticket Member Agreements

·       Coordinate ticket delivery and internal game day orders

·       Assist on game day supervision of the box office, will call, managing sales tables, and facilitating in-season sales initiatives.

·       Responsible for all data and analytical reporting for the Desert Dogs

·       Maintain CRM records tracking communication and touchpoints, sales trends and customer profiles

·       Maintain data between the CRM database (HubSpot) and ticketing platform (AXS) to ensure accuracy

·       Contribute to the outbound marketing efforts which include calling current members to retain their season tickets and selling additional single game tickets through promotions and special events

·       Oversee collections and report on delinquent accounts and unpaid group tickets

·       Monitor and record ticket account payments received, daily

·       Coordinate with the Finance Department to insure timely and accurate account updates

·       Implement new ideas to improve the daily workflow of the department

·       Other duties as assigned

CANDIDATE PROFILE – WHO YOU ARE:

·       Experience with AXS ticketing platform required

·       Related work experience of 2+ years, minimum, in the Sports & Entertainment Industry

·       Proficiency with CRM systems required; experience with HubSpot a plus

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and an ability to assess and learn new digital technologies

·       Highly detail oriented

·       Must possess good organizational and analytical skills

·       Strong communication skills, both written and oral

·       A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

·       Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with ability to multi-task and collaborate

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field

Travel Requirements

May be required to travel on some occasions (<1% travel); trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights.

Work Environment

Works primarily in an office environment, but will be required to attend home games and upon request other events on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
