This week we got to spend time with Grady Management, Inc. Maintenance Supervisors and Community Managers talking all about environmental needs on their properties. - Understanding the basics of mold growth, potential sources, exposures and health effects. - Understanding of the industry standard of care surrounding mold prevention, assessment, and remediation protocols. - Detailed review of mold remediation process if performed in-house or when overseeing an outside contractor. We are always happy to share information to make our industry and the teams that support it better.

We are ready for the winter chill! DID YOU KNOW??? Pipes can start freezing when the temperature drops to 20 degrees Fahrenheit or below for at least six consecutive hours.
