Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Senior Instructional Designer
In this role, it combines elements of learning consulting, instructional design, and project management skills to provide a holistic learning experience design.
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to perform needs analysis with stakeholders to clearly align learning requirements with audience definition in preparation for optimal learning solution design
Work with stakeholders to design end-to-end learning experiences that meet business objectives
Possess stakeholder and consulting/advisory skills to work effectively with customers, subject matter experts, and content owners
Use instructional design techniques and tools to build end-to-end learning solutions
Develop creative and innovative learning assets—classroom training, eLearning, game-based learning, blended learning, videos, standard operating procedures, job-aids, etc.
Possess expertise in rapid authoring tools like Captivate, Storyline, Camtasia, and others. Should be able to develop Level 2 and Level 3 courses in these tools.
Communicate with customers and team to share critical knowledge and manage project requirements
Manage project timelines and share dashboards with internal and external stakeholders
Mentor/coach/upskill team members for capacity building and creating talented resource pool to meet the business requirements

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Certificate/degree in Instructional Design or related field is an advantage
Experience in core instructional design
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Certificate/degree in Instructional Design or related field is an advantage
Experience of at least 6 years in core instructional design
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge and hands-on experience of:
Storyline
Captivate
Camtasia
Vyond
MS Office
Enablenow
Outstanding facilitation and communication skills
